	A10　 Types：Red Region：RIBERA DEL DUERO Winery：ANTA Alcohol：11.5% Grape：TEMPRANILLO Vintage：2004 Maturing, though still balanced, this harmonious red delivers ripe plum, blackberry and cassis flavors, with alluring mineral and licorice accents and well-integrated tannins. Has a modern structure, with distinctive character.

	A8　 Types：Red Region：RIBERA DEL DUERO Winery：ANTA Alcohol：14% Grape：TEMPRANILLO Vintage：2005 This modern red is balanced and nicely focused, with ripe black cherry and blackberry fruit framed by well-integrated tannins and accented with just enough toasty oak. Floral and spicy notes linger on the finish.

	BOHIGAS GRAN RESERVA BRUT NATURE　 Types：Sparkling Region：CAVA Winery：BOHIGAS Alcohol：12% Grape：MACABEO Vintage：2002 Bohigas Cava Gran Reserva is produced with the four classic grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarello, Parellada and Chardonnay, using the traditional cava method. The well-differentiated properties of this cava result from the microclimate of the village of Odena, in contrast with others of the same appellation.

	CALETERO CREAM　　 Types：Sweet Region：JEREZ-SHERRY-MANZANILLA Winery：ALMOCADEN Alcohol：18% Grape：PALOMINO Vintage：1997 Grape and fig notes add interest to the coffee and honey flavors in this bold Sherry. It shows a little heat on the finish, but also plenty of personality.

	CALETERO OLOROSO　 Types：Sherry Region：JEREZ-SHERRY-MANZANILLA Winery：ALMOCADEN Alcohol：18% Grape：PALOMINO Vintage：1995 Caramel and chocolate notes are supported by a chiseled framework that keeps the flavors pumping through. Starts off round, then finishes very dry, leaving a mouthwatering sensation. Excellent aperitif.

	CLOS MUSTARDO BLANCO BARRICA　 Types：White Region：PRIORATO Winery：CELLER AMETLLER CIVILL Alcohol：13.5% Grape： Vintage：2006 Wine elaborated with the white varieties of: White Grenache and complemented with Macabeu, Pedro Ximenez and Chardonnay, the last one as an experimental variety. This wine has been 50% fermented in barrels of French oak of 300L, remaining it them and making batonage with lias during 6 months. The other 50% has been fermented in stainless steel.Wine-tasting note: Very powerful and heady that is reminiscent of ripe white fruits combined with light spicy and smoky touches . It taste is fresh, long, unctuous with a lasting after-tasting on the palette.

	ENCOMIENDA CRIANZA　 Types：Red Region：BIERZO Winery：AGRIVERGIDUM Alcohol：14% Grape：MENCIA Vintage：2003 Wine elaborated 100% with Mencía grapes all grown and selected in our own vineyards. Encomienda Templaria is an elegant wine with 12 months ageing in French, American and Hungarian oak barrels. There is an endurance of the last fruity remnants typical of this variety of grape which outstands because of the micro oxygenation process before it is placed into the barrel and which is in perfect harmony with the characteristics given by a malolactic fermentation made in new oak barrels. It offers very bright cherry red color with violet hues. In nose it is clean and elegant with remnants of very ripe black and red fruits, typical of this variety, blended with the ones coming from the ageing: vanilla, chocolate and balsamic woods. In mouth it is fleshy and harmonic with soft tannins and persistent end.

	INURRIETA 400　 Types：Red Region：NAVARRA Winery：INURRIETA Alcohol：14% Grape：MERLOT Vintage：2003 Elegant to the nose, it provides a balanced combination of red berries and spices with fine, perfumed wood. Lively, well-balanced and expressive in the mouth; fresh and meaty with a mild sweetness from its ripe tannins. Long finish leaving a velvety sensation that invites one to continue drinking.

	INURRIETA SUR　　 Types：Red Region：NAVARRA Winery：INURRIETA Alcohol：13.5% Grape：GARNACHA TINTA Vintage：2003 Bright, intense red. Complex aromas of flowers (violets) and of red fruit (mazzards). Hints of vanilla and cocoa. Glyceric and ample in the mouth, yet lively and joyful. This balance blends with the varietal tannins from careful maceration to offer a wine of great balance.

	MARQUES DE TERAN CRIANZA　 Trough the techniques used in "pissage" and criomaceration during fermentation that we could be defined as the most advanced production system in the world these MARQUES DE TERAN Crianza is a very new wine from Rioja. Once fermentation is finished, the wine ageing takes place in new French and American oak casks. The assembly of aromas is completed in the bottle. Development and Innovation are present in all phases of our wine processing with the sole purpose of achieving the best possible quality, like this MARQUES DE TERAN vintage 2002.

	MARQUES DE TERAN RESERVA　 Types：Red Region：RIOJA Winery：REGALIA DE OLLAURI Alcohol：13% Grape：TEMPRANILLO Vintage：2001 MARQUES DE TERAN is the new era wine from Rioja. 	ORO DE VALEI　 Types：White Region：RIAS BAIXAS Winery：SENORIO DE VALEI Alcohol：12.5% Grape：ALBARIÑO Vintage：2006 Rich yet still vibrant, this vivid white offers floral, peach, apple and almond flavors. Balanced and lively. A good match for shellfish.

	Château Haut Rozier Showing a nice deep purple red, the nose of 2007 vintage is exceptional, with hints of very ripe red fruits. Well structured and generous, it has a nice fat middle palate. Tannins are smooth and harmonious, ripe and rich. Finale is long. This bottle will please all the palate for an immediate consummation but could be aged for 5 years.

	La Nunciatura This wine shows deep ruby red. Plum aroma, slightly leather smell. Supple and palate taste, low tannins, micro spicy, medium-strong, easy to catchy. Serving temperature 14-16 degrees.
